As part of our commitment to the environment McPherson Plastics' top management has established the below
Environmental Management System Policy:

 
● Operate our facility by meeting or exceeding environmental regulatory body guidelines and laws, applicable industry standards, and external or internal environmental requirements;
● Apply continuous improvements to our products and processes by integrating environmental protection considerations into our planning and decision-making;
● Develop EMS training/orientation programs for our employees, as needed;
● Set and review objectives and targets in management review and employee meetings/orientation;
● Reduction and prevention of pollution is everyone's responsibility, we strive to improve through interaction with our suppliers, customers, and employees as applicable to create new methods.

● Dimensional Inspection utilizing Image Dimension Measurement System, Optical Comparator and Microscope
● Terminal Retention Testing utilizing a Force Gauge
● Cost of Quality Program that focuses on the Product Safety including significant & critical characteristics

● Control Plans and subsequently, Work Instructions, Product Audits, First Piece Inspections and Packaging Instructions
