These resins are used in their neat form and with various types and amounts of fillers and reinforcements for the desired physical properties.
A complete Computer Integrated Manufacturing system is used throughout the facility, allowing us to realize genuine "real time" process monitoring. This CIM system allows us to track the quality performance of your product, the production performance of our machines, the labor requirements, and the order completion date and time all DURING the production run. Any changes to the process are immediately displayed and their impact on the production run calculated. The system is connected to the P.A. to announce cycle interruptions or requests for assistance.
Complete bar code labeling is available for your packages and is used internally for inventory tracking and control through our radio frequency warehouse management system. This system provides "real time" inventory accuracy, as the database is updated as material is drawn from or moved within inventory.
Total quality commitment exists in all facets of our operation. We utilize SPC during production, DOE for process optimization, and FMEA for production planning to assure the performance objectives for your product are met and maintained. Personal commitment and pride have allowed us to achieve a reject ratings of less than 12 ppm with most of our customers. This is truly a reflection of the dedication, talent, and pride of our people.
